THE CYCLE, IN A NUTSHELL

Four phases. One fabulous you.

Cycle lengths vary, and not everyone has the same symptoms. This is a simplified overview—not a schedule your body has to follow.

01🩸

Menstruation

The uterine lining sheds. Hello, period. Rest, move, snack—whatever feels right for you.

02🌱

Follicular phase

Hormones shift and an egg begins maturing. Your energy may change, or it may not.

03🌼

Ovulation

An ovary releases an egg. Timing varies, and cycle tracking alone isn’t reliable contraception.

04🌙

Luteal phase

Hormones shift again. PMS can happen, but symptoms and experiences differ from person to person.

03 / THE BATHROOM CABINET

Period products.
Choose your fighter.

There’s no gold medal for using one particular product. Comfort, access, flow and personal preference all count.

Menstrual cups

Reusable cups collect blood internally. They take practice, and cleaning directions matter.

REUSABLE ICON

Quick reminder: never flush period products. If pain or bleeding disrupts daily life, or symptoms suddenly change, speak with a healthcare professional.
